Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled *Website Developer & Website Manager* to develop, maintain, and manage websites, news portals, campaign landing pages, and client websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WordPress, website hosting, backend systems, SEO, security, analytics, and website performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customise, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
* Build landing pages, microsites, enquiry forms, and lead-generation pages.
* Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
* Integrate APIs, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and third-party services.
* Manage website redesigns, migrations, deployments, and staging environments.
* Publish and manage website content, including news, blogs, images, videos, and banners.
* Monitor website uptime, functionality, performance, and user experience.
* Manage domains, DNS, SSL certificates, hosting, business emails, and WordPress user roles.
* Configure hosting, backups, FTP/SFTP, databases, CDN, caching, and server settings.
* Implement technical SEO best practices and improve Core Web Vitals.
* Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
* Monitor website security, malware protection, updates, and backup systems.
* Troubleshoot website, server, database, and plugin-related issues.
* Collaborate with editorial, design, marketing, SEO, and client servicing teams.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in website development and management.
* Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development and administration.
* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
* Experience managing hosting, DNS, SSL, FTP/SFTP, cPanel/Plesk, and databases.
* Good understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimisation.
* Experience with WooCommerce, Laravel, Shopify, Drupal, or other CMS platforms is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
