As a Senior Data Analyst at JLL, you will play a direct role in shaping how one of Silicon Valley's largest technology companies makes strategic decisions about its global real estate portfolio.

As part of our Portfolio Insights team, you will be the primary data expert for client planners — owning the quality of production datasets, translating complex data findings into executive-ready insights, and building the reliable data foundations that drive strategic real estate decisions.
This is a client-facing role with significant impact you will work directly with planners, resolve real data challenges, and be the person the client turns to when quality and clarity matter most.

Responsibilities:
Serve as primary technical expert for client planners, building strong relationships to anticipate needs and provide strategic guidance for data solutions
Take full ownership of client presentations and reports, creating impactful visualizations with professional polish and meticulous attention to detail
Own data validation and quality assurance processes for key production datasets, proactively identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions
Collaborate directly with data source owners, system, and process owners to identify and resolve limitations or friction points that impact planning support effectiveness
Support regional planners with any data, insights and ad hoc requests. Leverage best practice to ensure rapid delivery and maintain high data quality
Proactively identify and eliminate repetitive manual processes through automation or smarter tooling — building for long-term scalability
Implement best practices for knowledge transfer and documentation to achieve internal consistency and long-term scalability
Mentor and support junior analysts by providing guidance and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Minimum Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and an abundance of intellectual curiosity
Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative field
5+ years data-focused experience: Professional experience in data-focused role with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
Proficient in SQL (any dialect)
Expertise with spreadsheet-based tools like Google Sheets or Excel
High-agency, self-starter mindset proactively identifying problems and driving solutions with strong ownership and bias toward action, even under deadline pressure
Exceptional communication skills: able to translate complex data findings into polished, visually compelling, executive-ready narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience with data validation and quality assurance methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail, exhibiting the highest standards of professional integrity and work ethic
Cultural sensitivity and flexibility in working hours to collaborate with a global team
Experience and comfort working remotely, with the ability to thrive under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Corporate Real Estate knowledge
Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, App Engine): enthusiasm for continuous technical upskilling valued.
Proficiency in or strong interest in developing Python skills for analytics and automation
