Job Overview:
We are looking for some proactive and energetic Business Development & Operations Coordinator to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, and client follow-ups, while also supporting day-to-day operations of our car rental business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, on market and online research.
- Share company profiles, rate cards, and quotations with prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and assist in business development activities.
- Support booking coordination, driver allocation, and operational documentation.
- Maintain records, reports, and client databases.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales, travel, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
