HR Intern
Location: Coimbatore
Duration: 5 to 6 Months
Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, campus hiring, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for off campus engagement activities.
- Support fresh talent sourcing.
- Assist in identifying and screening candidates for lateral hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement programs, events, and internal activities.
- Assist in HR documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), MSW (HR), BBA, BBM, or any graduate pursuing/completed HR-related studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong coordination skills.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition.
