Role Summary – L&D Perf. Management
The Learning Administrator is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of training programs and learning initiatives within the organization. They coordinate training sessions, manage learning records, liaise with trainers and participants, and ensure the smooth operation of the learning management system (LMS). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
The Senior Associate L&D acts as a subject matter expert in L&D operations, managing complex training coordination, advanced LMS administration, and reporting. Provides guidance to Associates, liaises with vendors, and supports continuous improvement of learning programs and processes.
Role Responsibilities –
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course enrollments, and tracking completion records.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
- Provide support to trainers and learners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to learning programs
- Monitor attendance and participation, generating reports on training metrics and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications and development activities
- Vendor coordination and management
- Oversee scheduling and delivery of large-scale or complex training programs.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course enrollments, and tracking completion records.

- Generate and analyze reports on training participation, completion rates, and compliance metrics.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to trainers, learners, and Associates.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align learning activities with organizational needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of external training solutions.
Qualification –
- 1–5 years of experience in L&D, HR operations, or administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
- Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
- Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (e.g. SAP SF)
