Job Summary
The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their educational goals, and providing information about relevant programs and services.
This position is suitable for recent graduates who are interested in sales, customer engagement, and the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up interactions.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to support the enrollment process and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve assigned enrollment and performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Stay informed about program offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
