Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in any sales background who possess excellent communication skills and promote our jewellery brand, generate business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to represent the brand professionally and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional shopping experiences.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, product demonstrations, and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
- Participate in promotional events and exhibitions when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in any sales background (Retail/FMCG/Electronics/Apparel/Automobile/Insurance, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for promotional events when required.
- Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset.
