The Role
We're looking for a senior Azure & Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade cloud and server environments. You'll lead complex engineering initiatives, drive automation and observability, and mentor junior engineers across a high-impact global infrastructure team.
What You'll Do
- Architect and operate Azure environments — landing zones, AKS, VNets, hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute), storage, and DR/BCP
- Manage Microsoft server infrastructure: Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, failover clustering
- Implement security using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR)
- Build IaC and automation using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions
- Set up monitoring dashboards with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Grafana
- Lead cloud migrations, modernisation programs, and infrastructure transformation projects
- Produce architectural documentation, runbooks, and engineering standards
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years in Azure and Microsoft infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on VMware experience: AVS, vCenter, vRA
- Proven track record with large-scale cloud architecture, hybrid connectivity, and security tooling
- Advanced automation skills across the full IaC/CI/CD stack
- Experience in ITIL-aligned environments (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Strong communicator who can lead teams and manage stakeholders
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
