- Design and develop HVAC systems including air-conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, equipment selections, ducting and piping designs, and technical specifications.
- Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and engineering calculations.
- Coordinate HVAC works with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, defects, and installation discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients as required.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, material submittals, and project documentation.
- Review equipment performance and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities where applicable.
- Assist with estimation, costing, material procurement, and vendor evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Pay: ₹20,963.66 - ₹30,730.02 per month
