Job Title: Dental Eligibility Verification (EV) Specialist
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO Only)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Eligibility Verification (EV) Specialist to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dental insurance verification and must be comfortable handling voice-based communication with insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify patients’ dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
- Contact insurance companies through outbound and inbound calls (voice process mandatory).
- Confirm policy status, plan limitations, deductibles, co-pays, waiting periods, and annual maximums.
- Document accurate and complete insurance information in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve eligibility-related discrepancies.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned verification tasks.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 Months to 4 Years of experience in Dental Eligibility Verification.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, PPO, HMO, and indemnity plans.
- Good communication skills with clarity and confidence in voice process.
- Ability to interpret insurance benefits accurately.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and CDT codes is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
