Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with stakeholders to analyze current processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational components to ensure seamless integration and improved efficiency. The role requires continuous engagement with different teams to facilitate smooth implementation and to drive measurable improvements within the function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in documenting process changes and support training efforts for end users.
- Monitor the progress of implementation activities and report on key performance indicators.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
- Familiarity with financial systems and enterprise performance management tools.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
