About the Role
The Wealth Finder (TWF) is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This internship is tailored for individuals eager to dive deep into HR Operations first, followed by hands-on exposure to Recruitment. You will work closely with corporate professionals to master day-to-day administrative workflows, employee lifecycle data, and talent acquisition pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
* Manage core HR operations, employee database maintenance, and digital/physical personnel files.
* Support the complete onboarding lifecycle, including document collection and verification, induction, policy orientation, and tracking probation timelines.
* Coordinate attendance, leave records, and support routine HR administrative workflows.
* Assist in preparing regular HR MIS reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring strict confidentiality of personnel records.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Secondary Focus)
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment operations, from identifying manpower needs and preparing job descriptions to sourcing candidates via portals and professional networks.
* Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and handle routine candidate correspondence.
* Track recruitment pipelines and help maintain hiring trackers and MIS reporting.

Required Qualifications & Candidate Profile
* Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 4-month duration of the internship on-site.
* Joining: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
* Skills: * Strong focus on administrative accuracy, organization, and record-keeping.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general tech tools.
* A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a professional corporate demeanor.
Pay: Up to ₹7,500.00 per month
