Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Dadar office. If you enjoy assisting people and have an interest in the telecom or travel sector, this could be the right opportunity for you! Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as complete training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with queries regarding SIM card setup, usage, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer communication through chat, email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, helpful, and customer-friendly solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Be open to working in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service (experience in telecom or travel industries will be a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.

Work Details
- Location: Office-based role – Dadar West, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Selection Process
We are conducting walk-in interviews at our Dadar office starting from 21st May. Interested candidates can visit us between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
