Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field sales, collection, operations, and other frontline roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and local hiring drives.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build local talent pipelines for volume hiring requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, walk-in drives, and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in field hiring or volume recruitment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in hiring for sales, collection, BFSI, NBFC, or field operations roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
