- Generate customer invoices and credit notes
- Track collections and follow-up with customers
- Prepare customer ageing reports
- Monitor overdue receivables and escalation matrix
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes
- Account for customer advances and adjustments
- Maintain collection tracker and recovery status
