Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping Executive to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and pantry services in the office. The candidate will ensure that the office premises remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times while providing tea and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees, management, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and office area.
- Clean office workstations, desks, chairs, meeting rooms, cabins, and common areas daily.
- Dispose of waste and ensure dustbins are cleaned and emptied regularly.
- Refill pantry and washroom supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, tissues, soap, hand wash, and paper towels.
- Ensure reception, waiting area, and conference rooms are neat and well-maintained.
- Inform the Administration department about any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness of office equipment, glass partitions, doors, and windows.
- Follow all office hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
