Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations for PP-Paper-BOPP laminated woven bags industry, he has to ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes while improving efficiency and minimizing operational costs.
Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Operations
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor production processes and optimize workflow for maximum productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Team Management
- Lead and manage production staff, supervisors, and operators.
- Allocate manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for production team members.
- Maintain discipline and motivate employees for continuous improvement.
Quality & Process Control
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
- Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate with the quality department to resolve production-related quality issues.
- Monitor and maintain SOP compliance on the production floor.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Monitor production efficiency, material consumption, and operational costs.
- Maintain production records, inventory coordination, and process documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent production planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement techniques.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software systems.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience Require
- Prior experience in handling production teams and factory operations preferred.

Pay: ₹18,308.26 - ₹50,000.00 per month
