About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Architect with experience in corporate interiors and workplace environments. The role involves leading the design development and execution coordination of premium office spaces and managed workplaces.The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking, technical detailing capability and execution understanding across commercial interior projects.Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative workplace design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand identity
- Prepare space planning layouts, concept presentations, mood boards and design documentation
- Produce detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, joinery details, and material specifications
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions and presentation reviews
- Ensure compliance with design standards, timelines and project deliverables
- Conduct site visits to review execution quality and resolve design-related issues
- Support procurement and material selection processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless design-to-delivery execution
- Stay updated on workplace trends, materials, ergonomics, and commercial interior practices
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate interior design and workplace planning
- Expertise in space planning and technical detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Good understanding of corporate interiors and workplace environments
- Ability to interpret client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions
- Strong presentation, communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems and workplace standards
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Designing
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate interiors, workplace design or commercial fit-out projects
- Experience handling office, co-working or managed workspace projects preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
