About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand and client projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of creative projects from concept to final delivery.
- Create high-quality designs for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and design direction.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all communication channels.
- Ensure designs are optimized for both digital and print production.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and approve design work before final delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, social media, and print design work.
- Expert proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Experience in packaging design is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) is preferred.
Pay: ₹14,374.65 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Satara District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
