We are hiring a Guidewire Architect with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications to lead architecture, design, and implementation initiatives for enterprise insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define application architecture and technical strategy for Guidewire implementations
Design scalable and high-performance solutions for PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter
Lead integration architecture with third-party systems, REST APIs, and messaging frameworks
Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
Conduct architecture reviews, technical discussions, and solution planning
Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
Prepare architecture diagrams and technical documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers in Agile environment
Required Skills
12+ years of IT experience
8+ years of Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience
Strong expertise in PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter
Hands-on experience with Gosu, Java, SQL
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and messaging systems
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket
Strong understanding of system scalability and enterprise architecture
Preferred
Guidewire certifications preferred
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain
Exposure to Guidewire Cloud is an advantage
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
