Perform 6G pipe welding on Carbon Steel Seamless (CSS) pipes.
Carry out root pass using GTAW (TIG) welding.
Complete hot pass, fill pass, and cap pass using SMAW (ARC/Stick) welding.
Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, root gap, and bevel angle before welding.
Weld in accordance with ASME Section IX, ASME B31.3, API 1104, or project specifications. Inspect welds visually before NDT and rectify defects if required.
