About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
✅ Contact potential clients and schedule meetings or presentations.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate clients.
✅ Present and promote the company's career counseling and guidance services.
✅ Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔ 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
✔ Ability to travel locally for client meetings when required.
