As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and optimized outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Experience with XML, XSL transformations, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
