Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to prepare students for IIT-JEE and other competitive engineering entrance examinations. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of simplifying complex concepts, and committed to student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics for IIT-JEE, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and other engineering entrance exams.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with the syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and problem-solving methods.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide personalized guidance.
- Motivate and mentor students for academic excellence.
- Stay updated with exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Participate in academic planning and faculty meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics / Engineering / Science (M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge in Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Modern Physics, and Electricity & Magnetism.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IIT-JEE coaching (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage classroom effectively.
