We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Writer & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is unique—you won’t just be writing captions; you will be at the heart of our educational mission. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media campaigns, developing high-quality course materials, and reviewing/updating existing content to ensure it meets our high standards.
The ideal candidate has a "teacher’s mind" and a "marketer’s heart"—able to simplify complex topics into digestible lessons while also crafting viral-worthy social media posts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Course Content Development & Review
- Write & Develop: Create structured course modules, scripts for educational videos, workbooks, and quizzes (specifically focused on [Vastu Shastra/Astrology]).
- Review & Edit: Audit existing course materials for clarity, flow, and grammatical accuracy.
- Instructional Design: Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand content for students.
2. Social Media Management
- Content Creation: Draft engaging captions and scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
- Strategy & Posting: Manage the content calendar and handle daily posting/scheduling across all platforms.
- Engagement: Review and respond to comments and messages to build community engagement.
3. General Content Writing
- Drafting marketing emails, landing page copy, and promotional ad scripts.
- Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Content Writing, Social Media Management, or Curriculum Development.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of English and Hindi. Ability to write in both a professional educational tone and a casual, engaging social media tone.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools Meta Business Suite and Canva for basic design, Gemini, ChatGPT.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented (especially for reviewing content), and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable internet connection, laptop and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Interest or background in Vastu Shastra & Astrology
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Wix/Velo.
