Position: Project Coordinator
Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the Head Office and project sites, monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication among all departments to achieve project milestones within the planned schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between the Head Office and project sites to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and submit regular status reports to management.
Follow up on daily site activities, including manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
Track and consolidate Daily Labour Reports (DLR), Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly reports, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Billing, QA/QC, Site Engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Schedule project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Track pending client approvals, technical submissions, and project documentation.
- Coordinate material procurement requirements with the Purchase department to avoid project delays.
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, and records systematically.
- Assist management with project planning, scheduling, and decision-making activities.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between internal departments, clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Support project managers in achieving project timelines, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and planning skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of experience in project coordination within civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments such as Planning, Purchase, Billing, QA/QC, and Site Execution teams.
- Familiarity with project reporting formats, project documentation, and client coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
