We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Ensure proper stock availability and inventory control
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness, display, and merchandising standards
- Monitor staff attendance and discipline
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Ensure billing accuracy and cash handling discipline
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail showroom or supermarket
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Inventory and stock management knowledge
- 1–4 years of experience in retail/store operations
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
- Ability to handle customers and manage team effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
