Job Summary
The Solar Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and driving sales of solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role involves understanding customer energy needs, presenting suitable solar products and services, and achieving sales targets while promoting sustainable energy adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Meet prospective customers to assess their energy requirements and propose appropriate solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Explain the benefits, technical features, and financial savings of solar systems to customers.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for site surveys and project feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, subsidies, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
