Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and review civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project reports.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve contractor work, materials, and project deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical presentations.
- Support procurement activities by evaluating technical proposals and vendor submissions.
- Implement quality control and risk management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil Engineering).
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, structural principles, and engineering standards.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of structural design, site development, and construction management.
- Experience in project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and project costing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
