Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with expertise in test automation, API testing, and cloud-based application validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications built on .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure, Kubernetes, and modern API architectures. This role requires strong hands-on experience in automation testing, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
- Create and execute automated test suites for web applications, APIs, backend services, and integration workflows.
- Develop automated tests for REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Perform UI, API, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate applications built using .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Perform database validation using Azure SQL Database or SQL Server.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Support QA, UAT, production deployments, and post-production validation activities.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices across the team.
- Utilize AI-powered quality engineering tools to improve test creation, debugging, automation development, and overall productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Experience in REST and/or GraphQL API testing and automation.
- Strong knowledge of testing applications built using .NET Core and ReactJS.
- Experience working with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Azure SQL Database, or SQL Server.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered quality engineering tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- Proven experience developing enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
- Strong experience in UI, API, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End automation testing.
- Experience testing Azure-hosted and Kubernetes-based applications.
- Experience implementing automation within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps and Quality Engineering practices.
