Job Description -IT Hardware and Networking Technician
Education: ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical certifications, Bachelor's.
Skills: Knowledge of IT Hardware, Network troubleshooting, OS installation,
Hardware Installation & Support: Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and peripherals.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware issues (e.g., servers, routers, workstations).
System Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of hardware components.
Inventory Management: Track IT hardware assets and assist in procurement.
Networking: Set up and optimize network connections and security devices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures.
