Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
