Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Plan daily site activities and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project quality, safety standards, and timelines.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and project reports.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and construction materials.
- Resolve technical issues at the construction site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil).
- 0-1 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, estimation, and site execution.
- Experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams.
