Looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Travel Consultant (Sales) who can
lead a team of travel consultants, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of travel products, and a
proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Lead and manage a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
Handle client queries, escalations, and high-value bookings.
Guide the team in preparing quotations, itineraries, and closing sales.
Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and team performance.
Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management and operations.
5-10 years of experience in Travel Sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
Excellent communication and sales skills must be confident in handling clients.
Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
