Surgeine Healthcare, a leading manufacturer of medical infection prevention products, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to lead our product packaging, print production artwork, and brand marketing visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute print-ready packaging artwork, dielines, product labels, and technical catalogs for medical disposables (surgical gowns, drapes, and infection prevention kits).
- Prepare pre-press production files, vector graphics, and color separations for offset and flexographic printing.
- Utilize generative AI tools to rapidly produce design concepts, enhance product imagery, and accelerate marketing collateral creation.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality control teams to ensure packaging artwork complies with medical labeling specifications.
- Maintain visual identity and brand consistency across print materials, digital marketing campaigns, and trade show collateral.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Expert proficiency in CorelDRAW (CorelDRAW Graphics Suite) for vector design, dielines, and prepress layout.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, DALL-E) to optimize visual content workflows.
- 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally within the medical device, packaging, FMCG, or printing industries.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- In-depth understanding of CMYK color management, resolution standards, print processes, and packaging formats.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating vector graphics, dieline layouts, and print packaging work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
