Talent Scroll is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive (Interiors) to join our client’s growing interior design business.
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary / Stipend: ₹1 Lakh – ₹3 Lakhs + Incentives & Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the interior design industry
- Identify and convert potential clients into projects
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders and other industry professionals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction or related industries
- Strong understanding of the interior design market and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and commercially driven
- Ability to handle premium clients and high-value projects
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai's interior/design market will be an advantage
What We Offer
₹1 Lakh – ₹3 Lakhs + Attractive Incentives & Commission based on experience and performance.
