Job Description:
- Perform day-to-day back office and administrative tasks.
- Enter and update data accurately in the system.
- Send and receive official emails.
- Maintain records, documents, and files.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Coordinate with internal departments for work updates.
- Handle basic computer operations and system entries.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills (Tamil/English)
- Ability to handle customers politely
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / records
