We are seeking a Senior Architect who can bring creativity, technical strength, design ownership, and on-ground coordination into one role. Role Overview
The Senior Architect will play a key role in leading architectural design, planning, drawing development, client coordination, and execution support across projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling projects from concept to working drawings, while also coordinating with structural consultants, MEP teams, site engineers, vendors, and clients.
This role is suited for someone who is passionate about residential architecture, practical design, smart planning, and delivering spaces that are beautiful, efficient, and buildable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential and development projects
- Prepare concept designs, layout plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings
- Develop presentation drawings and design proposals for clients
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and convert them into practical, aesthetically strong designs
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with site conditions, project budgets, and execution feasibility
- Work closely with structural, MEP, interior, and project execution teams
- Review drawings for accuracy, detailing, and compliance with local regulations and approvals
- Assist in design revisions, material selection, façade development, and spatial optimization
- Support the project team during execution with design clarifications and site-level architectural decisions
- Conduct site visits when required to ensure architectural intent is maintained during construction
- Maintain timelines for drawing submissions and project deliverables
- Bring fresh ideas, design discipline, and professional ownership to every stage of the project
Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design/visualization tools
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and execution requirements
- Experience in residential projects will be highly preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-end residential or villa projects
- Strong sense of aesthetics, planning, and space optimization
- Knowledge of local building norms and approval processes
- Familiarity with BOQ understanding, material knowledge, and site coordination
- Ability to produce quick design options and practical execution drawings
