Job Summary
Manage in-store sales at a company-owned outlet or modern trade account. Drive customer conversions, upselling, product display standards and individual store revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the retail outlet.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to increase basket size.
- Maintain product displays, shelf stacking and planogram compliance.
- Process billing and handle cash and digital payments.
- Handle customer complaints and process returns as per policy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Track daily sales and report to the store supervisor.
Requirements
- 10th / 12th / Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales or a related role.
- Customer handling and product recommendation skills.
- Upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Cash handling and billing knowledge.
- Merchandising and product display skills.
- Tamil and basic English communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,800.00 per month
