Role Overview
The Copywriter is a creative storyteller who develops compelling, engaging, and persuasive content across digital platforms. In this role, you will transform client briefs into impactful copy that aligns with brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and supports marketing objectives. You should have a strong command of language, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to generate fresh, insight-driven ideas for campaigns across digital and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for digital campaigns, social media, websites, blogs, emailers, advertisements, video scripts, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas based on client briefs.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure it is grammatically accurate, error-free, and consistent with the brand's tone of voice.
- Adapt copy for different platforms while maintaining creativity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital trends, social media conversations, and popular culture to produce relevant and engaging content.
Client Collaboration
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and target audiences.
- Research brands, industries, and competitors to create informed and effective copy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Incorporate client feedback to refine and improve content.
Campaign Execution
- Deliver high-quality copy within project timelines.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Support campaign execution across digital and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging campaign ideas.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing creative writing and campaign work is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
