Hiring: Senior IAM Architect
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Architect with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep experience across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk/PAM, IGA, Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale IAM architecture and solutions.
- Lead IAM architecture assessments, target-state designs, implementation roadmaps, and remediation plans.
- Design and manage SSO, MFA, federation, authentication policies, and lifecycle management using Okta.
- Implement and support Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, hybrid identity, MFA, and enterprise applications.
- Implement and manage CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions, including privileged account onboarding, vaulting, session management, and access controls.
- Design RBAC, least-privilege access, Zero Trust identity, and privileged-access models.
- Implement Identity Governance processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access reviews, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Integrate IAM platforms with cloud, SaaS, on-prem applications, directories, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, federation, and identity-related issues.
- Work closely with US-based stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, application teams, enterprise architects, and third-party vendors.
Must-Have Skills
- 10–12 years of overall IT/Cybersecurity experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on IAM architecture/engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of IGA and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Active Directory, and SCIM
- .
- Experience with REST APIs and IAM integrations.
- Strong understanding of RBAC, Zero Trust, least privilege, and privileged-access security.
- Experience leading IAM implementation or transformation programs.
