Title – KAM Manager
A dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive growth through client acquisition, operations excellence, and vehicle aggregation.
- What You’ll Do- Acquire and onboard new clients (SMEs, e-commerce, and D2C brands) for last-mile logistics.
- Deliver consistent growth of business in your region MoM.
- Manage key accounts end-to-end — pricing, SLAs, operations, and customer delight.
- Oversee local delivery operations to ensure on-time performance and service quality.
- Build, expand, and manage a network of third-party fleet partners and owned vehicles for 3W/4W last-mile delivery.
- 4–7 years’ experience in last-mile logistics / e-commerce logistics / courier with proven business growth and operational oversight.
Industry agnostic mindset – grabbing potential opportunity for business irrespective of client domain
Strong local market network and experience in vehicle sourcing and partnership management.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
