Job Summary
The Senior Sales Person is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key customers, closing high-value deals, and supporting junior sales staff. This role requires strong sales expertise, relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable products or services
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues and ensure long-term relationships
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4–8 years of proven sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel if required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B, B2C, or channel sales
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
