About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Supervisor / Cashier to support daily operations for a leading catering services organization in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, handling cash transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth service delivery while providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day catering operations at assigned sites.
- Handle billing, cash collection, and cash reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and daily transactions.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and operational performance.
- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and operations teams for smooth functioning.
- Prepare daily operational and cash reports.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
- Support inventory tracking and stock monitoring activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, supervision, retail, hospitality, catering, food services, or related operations.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, cash handling, and record keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in catering, canteen, restaurant, hotel, or food service operations.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of inventory and operational reporting.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
