Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teachers to join our daycare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for children.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and overall development of children in the daycare.
- Maintain a warm, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage classroom routines, discipline, and daily activities effectively.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
- Support children during meals, playtime, and hygiene routines.
- Prepare teaching materials, activity plans, and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Candidates with Montessori training, ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), or teaching certifications will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
- Ability to effectively manage young children with patience, care, and understanding.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in early childcare or pre-primary teaching.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email communication, and use of educational applications.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Experience Required
- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9 working hours per day.
- One Saturday working in a month (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
