Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and styling options
- Understand customer requirements for weddings, parties, and special occasions
- Provide fashion advice, color coordination, and styling recommendations
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow up with clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
- Keep showroom displays organized and visually appealing
- Coordinate with tailoring and inventory teams when required
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends, bridal collections, and designer wear
- Handle billing support and customer queries professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion retail, boutique, designer showroom, or luxury sales preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Presentable personality with professional attitude
- Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest suitable looks
- Basic knowledge of bridalwear, sherwanis, ethnic wear, or luxury fashion is a plus
- Female/Male candidates both can apply
