The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer concerns, and supporting sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or sales support.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Follow up with customers regarding product deliveries, service appointments, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and business growth.
- Prepare customer service reports and present findings to management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to improve customer engagement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
