Position: IT Technician
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician with hands-on experience in IT Networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IT infrastructure installation & troubleshooting.
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support at our office as well as client/project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks.
- Installation and configuration of network switches, routers, access points and other networking equipment.
- Basic network configuration including IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi Access Points and wireless networks.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems and surveillance networks.
- Installation and maintenance of computer systems, printers and other IT equipment.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting, including operating system and application-related issues.
- Perform network cabling, patch panel termination, rack dressing and basic network testing.
- Attend technical issues at client locations and project sites.
- Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal team members for technical support and project execution.
- Prepare and maintain proper records of site activities, installations, equipment and troubleshooting work.
- Follow company standards and project requirements during installation and maintenance activities.
- Perform other IT and technical duties assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an IT Technician / Network Technician / Technical Support Engineer.
- Good practical knowledge of LAN, WAN and IT Networking.
- Hands-on experience with switches, routers, Wi-Fi Access Points and IP networks.
- Knowledge of CCTV installation, NVR/DVR configuration and IP camera networking will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN and DHCP.
- Knowledge of structured cabling, patch panels and network racks will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team.
- Should be willing to travel to different states and outstation project locations as required.
Travel & Site Work
- The position may require occasional travel to different states and outstation client/project locations.
- Travelling expenses will be provided by the company for official site visits.
- Food and accommodation will be provided by the company during outstation/site assignments.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at client locations and project sites as required.
