Escape by Aishwarya, a renowned fashion clothing brand, is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Fashion Coordinator to join our team. If you have a background in fashion designing education, possess knowledge of designing measurements and production processes, and excel at coordination and management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between our Mumbai and Jaipur offices, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assist in execution of exhibitions across different cities and states.
- Oversee dispatch, production, and related activities, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Efficiently manage and supervise staff to accomplish tasks without conflicts.
- Problem-solve and address any challenges that may arise in day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrate ownership mentality by taking initiative and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Drive goal-oriented outcomes within the team and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff across different offices and age groups.
- Willingness to travel to different cities and states for exhibitions.
