Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP RAP Developer with experience in building clean-core, transactional
applications on SAP S/4HANA using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP). The ideal candidate should
have strong ABAP expertise and a good understanding of modern SAP development practices, including
extensibility and Fiori-based UI development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
Build and manage business objects using Managed and Unmanaged RAP scenarios
Develop ABAP CDS views and expose services via OData V4
Create and enhance Fiori Elements applications
Work with S/4HANA data models and authorization concepts
Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles and SAP extensibility standards
Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirement analysis and solution design
Optimize performance and ensure high-quality code standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
Strong expertise in ABAP OO (Object-Oriented Programming)
Hands-on experience with RAP (Managed & Unmanaged scenarios)
Experience in ABAP CDS, OData V4 services
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements
Good understanding of S/4HANA data model and authorization concepts
Familiarity with Clean Core and extensibility concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
Exposure to SAP BTP integration
Knowledge of UI5 (optional but beneficial)
